Return Policy

At KitchenFoundry, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Return Conditions

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Time Frame: You must initiate the return within 14 days of receiving your item and are responsible for return shipping costs.

2. Incorrect Orders

If you ordered the wrong item, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The end user is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • A restocking fee of 3% will be deducted from your refund.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at Synergy451@gmail.com or (949) 275-4496 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  2. Return Shipping: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include all paperwork, parts, and accessories, and send it back to us using a trackable shipping method. You will be responsible for the shipping costs.

  3. Restocking Fee: A 3% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of processing the return.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund will be processed within 2-3 business days, minus the restocking fee.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable. These include:

  • Custom-made products

  • Items purchased on clearance or final sale

  • Gift cards
