Shipping Policy

At KitchenFoundry, we are dedicated to delivering your high-end appliances promptly and securely. Our shipping policy is designed to ensure a smooth and transparent process for our customers.

1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Order Verification: All orders are subject to verification for accuracy and completeness before they are processed.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days.

  • Overnight Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days.

3. Shipping Carriers

We use a variety of shipping carriers to deliver your order, including:

  • FedEx

  • UPS

  • DHL

The carrier used for your order will depend on the destination and shipping method selected.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

6. Shipping Delays

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather, natural disasters, or carrier delays. We are not responsible for shipping delays once the order has been dispatched.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at Synergy451@gmail.com or (949) 275-4496 so we can investigate and resolve the issue. Please provide your order number and any relevant details.
