It has 5 induction elements, each with a boost setting, and water boils in under 90 seconds. Chef Precision control holds both a very low simmer and a hard sear.

The ceramic glass surface resists scratches and shattering and stays cool wherever there is no pan. Cast-metal knobs with LED illumination and haptic feedback give it the look of a pro range at the counter, and child lock and auto shut-off are built in. Finished in stainless steel.
