The Ultima Midnight 36-inch dual fuel range has 5 SABAF brass burners with a total of 57,000 BTUs of power. The continuous cast iron grates sit over an intelligently designed cooktop for maximized space. A wok ring is included and optional accessories such as a stainless-steel griddle and simmer plate are available to take cooktop preparation to the next level.
